Recall service required Used the messaging service the morning to book my appointment (4hr timeframe). After dropping off my car I used the complementary shuttle service to get me home were I was able to do some work... Shorlty afterwards I received a call from the associate telling me my that my rear brakes were in serious need of replacing (I was trying to put it off). Away, the recall and brake service was completed in half the time that was allocated and the shuttle arrived to pick me up and take me back to the dealer where my car was washed and ready. P.S. the cost of the brake work was on par with most dealerships. Very pleased with the experience. More
