Great service! I have been going to Toyota Richmond hill dealership for the past 10 years. Last Saturday , in between going to my cousin's church wedding and recepti I have been going to Toyota Richmond hill dealership for the past 10 years. Last Saturday , in between going to my cousin's church wedding and reception with not much time in between- my car had issues. I saw Frank Valentini, Richmondhill Toyota senior service advisor and told him that my front light blew out. Frank took me in right away promptly, I purchased a light bulb and he changed my light. I am very happy he got it done right away as I didn't want to get a ticket from police from driving with no light. For the past 10 years, I purchased my tires here, and also Frank took care of getting my recall services done and my car is up to date . Frank cares a lot for his customers, he is very attentive and is responsive. I feel like I am a valued customer. No issues is small. I recommend Frank and this Toyota dealership. More

Amazing purchase experience I recently leased a 2017 Corolla from Richmond Hill Toyota. As a woman this can be very intimidating to do alone. The Product Specialist, Paul, tha I recently leased a 2017 Corolla from Richmond Hill Toyota. As a woman this can be very intimidating to do alone. The Product Specialist, Paul, that assisted me was excellent. He was very patient, knowledgeable and took the time to address all my questions and concerns and put me into a price bracket that I was VERY pleased with. He even made other suggestions of a car model that I hadn't even thought about and in the end leased. The entire feel of this dealership is very welcoming and warm and the staff really do care about their customers. They followed up after delivery with an orientation at the dealership that provided very good information about some basic car care. I would recommend this dealership, in a heart beat, to anyone looking for exceptional service and product. More
