You never know who you will end up seeing when you first walk in, but as luck would have it, I was given over to Paul Stancer. Paul is a walking book of knowledge with a warm and comforting personality to match. He knows his stuff and never ever, tried to talk me into anything I did not want. But he let's you know the Pro's and Con's of the whole deal and you never feel the dreaded feeling of being sold something you did not intend to buy. Last Saturday , in between going to my cousin's church wedding and recepti I have been going to Toyota Richmond hill dealership for the past 10 years. Last Saturday , in between going to my cousin's church wedding and reception with not much time in between- my car had issues. I saw Frank Valentini, Richmondhill Toyota senior service advisor and told him that my front light blew out. Frank took me in right away promptly, I purchased a light bulb and he changed my light. I am very happy he got it done right away as I didn't want to get a ticket from police from driving with no light. For the past 10 years, I purchased my tires here, and also Frank took care of getting my recall services done and my car is up to date . Frank cares a lot for his customers, he is very attentive and is responsive. I feel like I am a valued customer. No issues is small. I recommend Frank and this Toyota dealership. More
