He guided me to the best suited car for my needs, explained all the features, answered our questions to the satisfaction of our concerns. He recommended buying options and offered me the best deal possible. The delivery was also very smooth, Ashraf went through all the technical details of the cars features. Completely unprofessional First time customer at this dealership. Came in Tues night to test drive a used corolla with 10 000 km listed on website. Shown the car but my husband First time customer at this dealership. Came in Tues night to test drive a used corolla with 10 000 km listed on website. Shown the car but my husband noticed 60 000 km on odometer. Dealership looked into it and reported there was an error in the website write up. Tom came over to let me know that by chance a similar car is coming in the next day and he would hold it for me and guaranteed car would not be shown to anyone before I see it. Great! Got call Wed afternoon that it's in and made appt to see it on Friday. But hey, on Thurs afternoon got notification from Bruce (sales executive) that the car was sold. When I asked what happened, response was something along the lines that at least I was notified. Can't believe this service. What good is your word, Tom? More

Dishonest, impatient and not professioanl.at all I do not think Ronnie deserve even one star, but I have no choice. As a matter of fact, I have been with this service center for last 12 years, and I do not think Ronnie deserve even one star, but I have no choice. As a matter of fact, I have been with this service center for last 12 years, and have been pretty happy with the services until I have come cross Ronnie. He lied to me that he did fixed the noise problem and charged me significant amount of money. However I realized on the spot that he simply throw away the part that cause the noise. And much more.... I tell myself that I will never go back again, and would tell everybody I know to avoid this guy at least, if not this service center at all. I am willing to discuss the details with his manager if possible. More
