Great service. They listen to you. Howard went "above and beyond" last November when my boss needed snow tires (for his Honda) and everybody else was telling me 2 weeks for service. How Howard went "above and beyond" last November when my boss needed snow tires (for his Honda) and everybody else was telling me 2 weeks for service. Howard got tires and installation that same day, and had one of the techs stay late to make sure they got installed while my boss waited there. Both Howard and Brad saw to it that my brakes were serviced according to a specific procedure that I had requested. When the battery was replaced in my RAV-4, the tech who worked on it actually made sure the battery cover was put back, even though the battery wasn't quite the same size as the original. Most other techs would have simply discarded the cover. More
