Bad Customer Service Toyota Richmond write my mom an offer letter, and me and my mom when der to see what can we get to the offer, so we went der and Clive Cheung Assiste Toyota Richmond write my mom an offer letter, and me and my mom when der to see what can we get to the offer, so we went der and Clive Cheung Assisted us. and told us to come back the nxt day to finalize everything. so, we come back and hit us an offer to my moms 2012 Camry, i told him that the offer is too low and i don't think we can make a deal. he told us that make him an offer, so we make him an offer, guess what he did next? He did not counter back and told me that his job is to come to the dealership and negotiate with the customer with manager, and don't drink a lame coffee that i was drinking (tim horton). and told us to get up. when we get us he bang d chair to the floor and told us that this is the door to go out side and bye. that is unacceptable customer service. like if you can't make any deal, just be polite and give ur card and told ur customer that here is my card if u change ur mind don't hesitate to call me. and don't give a customer an attitude if the deal cant happen. Won't even let you see the car, not to mention test driving it. The business manager is also high pressure sales. $1,000 for rust proof? Really? I won't go there ever again to shop for my car, terrible experience. A nightmare. More

The salesman PAUL STANCER was very professional, friendly, polite, caring and helpful. When we picked up the car it looked like a brand new vehicle that we had purchased not a used one. It was immaculate inside as well as outside and we picked it up on a snowy winter day in February. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family. It was well worth the 2 hour drive from Owen Sound Ontario to Richmond Hill to purchase our vehicle. We saved money and purchased a top of the line Matrix instead of having to settle for a basic model for approximately the same price. Looking forward to seeing the new building as it is a little cramped for parking at the old location. And looking forward to visiting again when we need to purchase our next vehicle and we will definitely be dealing with PAUL STANCER again in the future. More
