He was gracious and patient, which was important because I was unfamiliar with the features of the newer cars. When I picked the car up he again when over all the knobs and buttons with me so that I felt comfortable driving it off the lot. He made sure I understood what needed to be done. patiently answering my many questions and concerns. The car was ready earlier than quoted both times, when does THAT ever happen?? I appreciate that he communicates through email and responds within an hour or two keeping his customers completely up to date on what stage the car is at.
