An Amazing Experience from Start to Finish! After having been without a car for 3 years, it was time to get a new one. I did quite a lot of research not just on the type of car but more importan After having been without a car for 3 years, it was time to get a new one. I did quite a lot of research not just on the type of car but more importantly the dealership and sales associates. I was looking for a place and associate that/whom wouldn't add any more stress to an already stressful and often times, anxiety provoking experience. In my research, I came upon Paul Stancer. I contacted the dealership and asked for him by name. Everything I read about him was overwhelmingly positive and boy was the feedback right! From my initial interaction on the phone with Paul to him picking my daughter and I up from a bus depot following a 2.5 hour bus ride to the dealership to the ease I felt throughout the experience, it was all wonderful! My daughter and I had so much fun with Paul and his colleague Alim, we didn't even realize by the time we were leaving that we had spent hours upon hours at the dealership. We talked about cars, family, culture and even TV shows. It felt like sitting at home, chatting with friends. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and at the end of our visit, Paul dropped us at a closer bus depot, thereby cutting down on our travel time getting home. Paul, was fun, patient, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. Alim was also fun, understanding and very kind. Alim went out of his way to assist me through the finance process of my purchase, amongst other things. He and Ashley worked together to ensure I got what I needed within the budget I could afford. On my delivery visit, Alim made sure to come over and thank me. Paul added a pretty pink bow on top of my car as a surprise...nice touch and so appreciated!!! Richmond Hill Toyota is a nice place in which to purchase a car. It's newly built with various amenities already up and running or soon to be (i.e. Food bar, manicures, massages, video games for the kids), however by far its best assets are Paul Stancer and Alim. If you're in the market for a new/used car, I highly recommend this dealership and encourage you to meet Paul. More

Their new location is pretty awesome and much more spacious than their old one. My only complaints are that their etching and "nitrogen tire" services are not optional, and I find the $1,000 deposit a bit steep (which you have to pay before seeing/ working on the contract!). Of course there's the usual smoke and mirrors and sales games that are played (end of sale and low inventory scare tactics, under-valued trade-in to get you defensive...), but that's pretty much everywhere. Interesting they have an internal 5 page "customer feedback form", which was presented to me already 90% filled out (with top ratings everywhere) ...in the interest of saving time of course, but that really short-circuits the process! Make sure any accessories or options are installed or included before you drive off. I'm very happy with our new Sienna. More
