He treated my wife and I with respect. He listened to our needs and wants and tried to show us what we were looking for. He followed up by phone and email when he said he would, but I did not find Ford pushy or intrusive. When I mentioned another brand, he even offered to provide me with details on that vehicle so I could make an informed decision. In the end, we went with a second hand vehicle from a private seller as Sienna's are hard to get and we did not want to wait, but that is no reflection on Ford. It was a great experience, and I would ask for him by name if you want an informative but relaxed sales experience. More
