Absolutely terrible service of Toyota Richmond Hill. A simple oil change took over 2.5 hours and that was after I started complaining to service advisor J.Yearwood. They kept the car in the service for A simple oil change took over 2.5 hours and that was after I started complaining to service advisor J.Yearwood. They kept the car in the service for two hours. Why? For what? Than they drove it back to the registration area,put it on the ramp and started changing the oil. It took 20 min. I do not advise anyone to use RHT service. You will only waste your time.I am outraged by their service. More
