Was looking for a Subaru crosstrek sport and was having a good conversation with Alissa charbonneau about it and then things turned sour in a blink of an eye. When we were discussing price, I advised her tha good conversation with Alissa charbonneau about it and then things turned sour in a blink of an eye. When we were discussing price, I advised her that I didn’t need or want any additional optional coverages. She then proceeded to flat out lie to me by telling me that all Subaru dealerships aren’t doing any sales of vehicles without the customer taking at least one optional coverage like rust protection, end of lease protections, tire/rim protection, etc just to give a few examples. Needless to say I was put off by this and knew it was complete garbage. I confirmed with 3 other dealerships who confirmed that she was being slimy and what she tried to do was 100% in bad faith, the reason so many people have bad experiences and why car salespeople have bad reputations. Now others may have had good dealings with Alissa but I can confirm that I didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend Alissa to anyone because she is only looking to line her pockets/quota and not look out for the customer. More

We bought 2020 Crosstrek from Richmond Hill Subaru, the car wasn't delivered with the details that were promised. . The delivery date and time was changed couple times and finally when we got to pickup our car wasn't delivered with the details that were promised. . The delivery date and time was changed couple times and finally when we got to pickup our car at the scheduled time the car was in the same condition as it was when we first saw. We were promised the dents will be removed and interior with be detailed (as there were pet hairs), but nothing was done. The sales person himself just quickly wiped the console and cup holders himself but never got the interior detailed done by any professional serviceman. Had to wait for couple hours to have the car ready but still not cleaned. Very unprofessional staff. More

I just bought a 2018 Crosstrek at this dealership, I dealt with kiefer who gave me a great deal and made everything very smooth for me along with gurpinder who was a pleasure to deal with.
