Both Alex and Dan have been very responsive. Alex is very knowledgable and has a lot of patience when explaining every single feature of the vehicle. Nothing but spectacular service since my very first phone call to the Dealership. I was looking for an 2012 Subaru WRX STi. I called 3 other Subaru Dealerships (Scarborough, Willowdale and Markham) and they call to the Dealership. I was looking for an 2012 Subaru WRX STi. I called 3 other Subaru Dealerships (Scarborough, Willowdale and Markham) and they all blew me off and NOT taking me seriously. I know my way around automobiles and I was not about the buy a car without test driving it. I spoke to Mark Beevor firstly, I was being very frank with Mark. I told him I'm 5 10" and over 200lbs. I wanted to know if I can be comfortable in that car and I wanted to have a feel for the STi. He understood and agreed with what I was saying. He told me to stop by and will gladly let me test drive the STi as long as I was very close in purchasing the vehicle. Mark had a few other customers and he has asked me if Alex Kam can be my sales associate since he was busy and could not attend to me anytime soon. Alex explained the STi to me in detail about the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable since he is a Subaru owner himself. He took me on the test drive in a 2012 Impreza WRX STi. I needed to know if I can be comfortable driving the car every day. After the test drive I knew this is the car I want. Alex Kam NEVER pressured me to buy right away. Alex understood and waited until I was ready. We kept in communication until I was ready. Now I am a proud new owner of a 2012 WRX STi and loving every moment I am behind the wheel. I had a few complicated issues with the bank regarding about financing the STi. After a few days had pass. I sat down with Dan Reame to discuss some options. He suggested that I lease the vehicle since the lease rate was recently lowered as a promotion. I filled out the paperwork on a Thursday evening. By friday morning I was approved. Quick response and the STi was ready for me to be picked up on the following Monday. Exceptional service second to none from the whole Richmond Hill Subaru team! I highly recommend Richmond Hill Subaru to potential Subaru buyers. Please give them a chance and you will not be disappointed. More
