For Customer Service - rating 4, because we only had one minor issue, rear-view mirror was a bit loose. But we were introduced to a good car mechanic David, in a friendly way, and David was professional and quick in fixing it. No other issues so far with the mirror or anything else. I would have rated 5, but the issue was minor, and the length of service was minor - 10 min. Overall experience - rated 5, can't think of anything they could have done better. That's why.
