Coming from Georgian Bay Area, I was a bit sceptical to visit a dealership from TO area being used to a small community atmosphere. I strongly recommended this Subaru dealership to anyone because I think the relationship between seller-buyer is based on fairness. Not only I was looking to buy a used car but I had a trade-in. Within a few minutes, they gave me a fair amount for it without any torment. The negotiation part was actually pleasant. No pressure, just real an rational negotiation. However when we sat down with Ben and discussed details and options, I immediately felt better. He was very helpful and worked out the best possible deal, then left us in the very capable hands of Sam to hammer out some final details and sign on the dotted line. When we returned to pick up the car it was a very busy Saturday afternoon at the dealership but we still got great service and were able to take care of all the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
