I have purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. JP Wu was very friendly and helped me get the car that I needed, his sales manager Leon was a bit pushy (but that comes with the job I guess) and the finan was very friendly and helped me get the car that I needed, his sales manager Leon was a bit pushy (but that comes with the job I guess) and the finance manager Ariela spent a lot of time explaining the options, warranties and financial aspects. Purchasing a new vehicle is a complicated endeavour and somehow some things were forgotten or fell through the cracks in the lengthy process. I was not completely happy with the final outcome and I made my complaints known after a few weeks. To my pleasant surprise, Scott, the General Manager, contacted me and offered to make things right. He told me their service to the customer does not end with the sale. This warrants my recommendation for the Richmond Hill Subaru dealership. After all, what good is a long term use product if it's not backed up by quality support from quality people? More
