We had done our homework and Francis was most helpful and knowledgeable answering all of our questions with great care in a pleasant manner. He provided us with test drives for each of the vehicles we had in mind on our second visit and informed us on the various offers available though he was understanding to the options we wished to include in our purchases. We selected the Forester and Crosstrek and we would highly recommend Richmond Hill Subaru and Francis to help with the process, though we noticed a high sense of collegiality, professionalism and friendly smiles between employees of the dealership, particularly Sam Chegini. An exciting experience! More

He was very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained the features of the car to me since my manual was in French (he ordered a new one in English, which is arriving this week). I decided to get the car and the process couldn't have been simple enough. Sam was friendly and walked me through the paperwork and told me everything I'd need to bring. Over the last week we were also in the market to purchase a new vehicle and dealt with Ariela Berger, the lease manager. She was friendly and knowledgeable regarding all our questions, and let us take out a Forester out on our own for a test drive. This test drive on our own was a new experience for us and a very nice touch. Whereas we never got down to the final negotiations and instead chose another make, the Forester was a very close second, and our experience with this dealership made it a very difficult decision.
