Oil Change and Winter Tire Swap Over Prices have Doubled During my recent visit for Oil Change and Winter Tire swamp, I was provided an invoice for 2x what I normally pay for this service. I was informed by JP that the prices have gone up (with a grin). I was not given any notice of this prior to the work being completed. In addition, this work took 2 hours (as I looked at my vehicle sitting in the air, not being worked on for >1 hour) [keep in mind this was in the evening at 7pm on a weeknight so it was dead]. The other advisers typically have been great. JP not so much. More

Sam, who is the sales manager, added to our already very satisfied experience. There was no sales push at all. We picked up the vehicle as they have originally scheduled.
