Exceptional Sales Staff and Customer Service Alex and Francis have always been very warm and helpful. I was speaking to Alex over a course of 4 months on the subject of purchasing a new BRZ. Duri Alex and Francis have always been very warm and helpful. I was speaking to Alex over a course of 4 months on the subject of purchasing a new BRZ. During this span of time, Alex had been very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with his responses. After much deliberation, I decided on purchasing a new 2015 STi. Unfortunately, Alex was unable to complete my purchase due to extenuating circumstances but was still able to assist me the best he could through email and on site service. Francis was able to assist Alex in completing my purchase and was equally as knowledgeable and friendly during the process of my purchase and made it as painless as possible. Francis was able to secure a better deal for me than those offered by other dealerships. Both still remember and greet me warmly and take time to speak to me each time I bring my vehicle in for service. Both are car enthusiasts and have a passion for motorsports. More
Customer focused I recently purchased a 2016 Outback which was unfortunately recalled on the day I was picking it up. The recall was a stressful news, but the staff did everything to make me happy, including responding to my emails promptly (Ariela replied around the clock even at 11pm!), being open to options that I've suggested: I asked if I can get a new car that has not been recalled and Ariela was open to searching for another car). I decided to stick with my recalled Outback due to Ariela's responsiveness. I know she will be there should I have any issues. During pickup day, I had a concern about the car veering to the right. Ariela and David (technician) was very generous with their time and addressed all my concerns and David perfected the vehicle to my satisfaction. David and Ariela even went with me to test drive the car. Overall, I am very happy with my car and the staff. Mike, the salesperson, was equally helpful. I also commend Subaru for fast action on the recall. Recalls are common to all brands (hint: Takata airbags that affects numerous brands), but what's more important to me is a a customer focused dealership. More

I don't care you sold the vehicles, I don't care that you sold all the available vehicles we were interested in. We came in ONE time. You have no desire to help us, you just want our money. More

Having visited several area dealerships from time to time, we decided to visit Richmond Hill Subaru in late March, Our salesman, Robert Ruffalo made the entire process an excellent and comfortable shopping process. While my wife compared both Forester and Outback, Robert provided us with his excellent knowledge of each vehicle and gave us considerable time while making a decision. He showed us both models, outlined the differences and assisted my wife in deciding to choose a 2016 Forester. His patience and excellent handling of negotiations made the experience very comfortable.I strongly recommend checking out Richmond HIll Subaru. The staff are all pleasant and they make the customer feel very welcome. Ask for Robert! He's tops in our book. Check out their Outback Cafe...best industrial coffee maker with lots of choice. More

We were shown a number of vehicles that were on our list and test drove each. The test drive was very helpful, it was pouring rain so we really got the feel of the vehicles on main roads and on the highway. From testing through to purchasing our entire experience was a joy. Francis was excellent he took the time to explain and show us on the test drives all the vehicles had to offer.This helped to make our decision much easier. At final sale time Francis made us feel very comfortable with the vehicle before driving off. Great sales person thank you. More

At Subaru in Richmond Hill my sales lady was Ariela and she was guiding me in the process of choosing between the two explaining all about Subaru and how it would suit my needs. In the end because of her knowledge of Subaru and how she explained everything to myself and my wife we ended up buying the Legacy. She demonstrated excellent customer service and wasn't pushy whatsoever. We also ended up going with the Extended Warranty which was a great idea and a whole bunch of accessories like the 3M protector, all weather mats, trunk guard, etc. I would definitely recommend these as they would protect your investment. I currently live in Brampton and went all the way to Richmond Hill because one of my friends referred me to her. If you are in the market for a new Subaru I would definitely strongly recommend that you see Ariela. You will not be disappointed. Damon More

I was surprised how helpful the Coordinator Mike Neo was. I brought along a handful of posted Subaru TSB's for them to check because I wanted to start with a "fresh" and well-maintained vehicle, He appreciated my concerns, explained to me how the TSB process worked and found a missed recall on my vehicle. He even went above and beyond and strategically organized the work to save me money. We were also given a loaner car to use for the day that the recall fix would take. He was very knowledgeable about the FXT as he owns one himself. All in all, I would go back for service again. Thanks! More
