Amazing dealer that feel comfort and trust to deal with. This is my second time I bought my Subaru with RH Subaru. The first one was a 2011 Legacy last year, and this time I got my 2016 Outback with the same This is my second time I bought my Subaru with RH Subaru. The first one was a 2011 Legacy last year, and this time I got my 2016 Outback with the same sales rep. Francis Lee. He gave me plenty of time to test drive both vehicles without pushing me on purchase. After me and my wife decided on the purchase, we met Sam who was doing the final paper work and contract signing. Sam introduced to us about Subaru warranty package and rust proofing option that are available. As for our own reasons, we decided not to take any of the package in the mean time. Unlike other dealerships, RH Subaru and Sean did not push us for that, which make us feel very comfortable. During the delivery/pickup, Francis and the service team did their best to ensure both the vehicles are in the best shape before handing to our hands, as I knew I am picky and look for perfection (of course every customer do want their car in the best shape, right). Mike, who is from service immediately scheduled an appointment in the next 2 days, and I got my Outback back at the time promised by Mathew, and I am very happy about their works and they really did what they promised. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who like to get a Subaru, and I am very sure that most customer will be happy like me..... Good Work Team of Richmond Hill SUBARU. More
Very Happy RH Subaru Customer I was looking for a relatively inexpensive, nimble, sporty, family-friendly ride. I knew about the WRX, but didn't want to wait weeks. I got lucky and I was looking for a relatively inexpensive, nimble, sporty, family-friendly ride. I knew about the WRX, but didn't want to wait weeks. I got lucky and noticed that RH Subaru had some in stock (on the web). I called, spoke to Alex, and he explained what I'd have to do to hold the car. Not long after, I called back and reserved one. Everything went really smoothly. Finance was great to work with; they knew I was price-sensitive and didn't push any add-ons. I was also happy with the trade-in value that Leon (General Sales Manager) gave me for my '02 Mercedes C230. Post sales, Alex continued to answer my questions, and Mike from service was also very helpful in answering my questions. My rating below, for 'Price', is based on the trade-in value I received. I can't comment on the price of the car because the WRX is in short supply and from what I understand dealers generally do not give discounts on this model. More

The once dreaded experience was not so bad after all. First and foremost, Sean knows his product and by his own admission is very "tech savvy" - certainly an important skill to have in an auto industry where the integration of digital software technology is more prevalent every day. His knowledge was very valuable in helping me to decide on a particular Subaru vehicle as well as relevant options. Secondly, Sean was also very helpful during the process of a fair price negotiation. Moreover, I believe that his style of salesmanship is reflective of the overall business approach of the dealership itself, perhaps put this way - be transparent and help the consumer make a good decision on a major purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and thank Sean and the other employees with whom I dealt while there. David More

I brought in my WRX on Monday, August 16th for my Service A appt. As usual Mike went through the entire process of the Service A maintenance, and showed me what I will be charged/billed for the work done. He always takes the time and has excellent patience in doing so. The Service A did not take long, and my car was ready for pickup. The new apprentice worked on my car, and ensured that everything was in tip top condition. Overall - another great work by these guys, and I am always confident in bringing our Subies to them, and will be looking forward in bringing our recently purchased 17 Fozzy for service. Having found that my high mileage Hyundai Sonata needed an expensive repair I had planned to look at several other makes as well as a replacement. After informing the dealer about the mileage and condition of my Sonata, including the needed repair, the dealer called a wholesaler and gave me the wholesaler's price that they stuck to upon purchase of the Leagacy. Immediately after its purchase several things turned up that neither I or the dealer had spotted at the time of the sale and Richmond Hill Subaru fixed all of these right away and at no cost to me. While purchasing cars in the past had not always been something I enjoyed, the whole purchasing and service experience at this dealership was a very positive one.. More

Mike at richmond hill Subaru changed all that. He definitely made us feel like first class. We went to the dealership after work and it must have been pretty late. Mike was patient from the start. He took us on a real test drive, made sure we knew every detailof the vehicle, the brand and our options. We definitely appreciate his knowledge and honesty! Ended up buying a subaru and would recommend anyone to go check out one from Mike. He is very personable and from start to end was very friendly and reliable. MIKE NEO (ADVISOR) AND FRANKY (TECHNICIAN) WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND THE CAR WAS FIXED IN UNDER 2 HRS TIME. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY TRIBECA SERVICED/REPAIRED AT OTHER SUBARU LOCATIONS BUT AFTER I VISITED RICHMOND HILL LOCATION I FOUND A BIG DIFFERENCE IN SERVICE QUALITY.
