Wonderful purchase experience! I came into Richmond Hill Subaru unsure of whether I wanted to buy a Subaru. I was greeted by Rob, who introduced me to the 2016 Impreza. Rob was both friendly and professional as he went over all the features of the car. He took me out for a test drive and guided me along a path where I could really test the capabilities and handling of the car. He even helped me troubleshoot a Bluetooth connectivity issue I had encountered with a car from a different dealership! Most importantly, Rob drives a Subaru which is reassuring that he believes in the quality and performance of Subaru (especially given how many car salespeople these days drive different branded cars than the company they work for!). After deciding to purchase the car, I met with Jihan who worked out the financials quickly and pleasantly. I felt no pressure to "upsize" my purchase with extra features, but the options were provided if I wanted. The car was delivered to the dealership and Rob took me through one last detailed tour of the vehicle, pointing out where all the buttons and features could be located. After that, I was off! The purchase experience here was fantastic and I would definitely buy from Richmond Hill Subaru again! More
