Every time I went to the dealershio for my oil changes on my previous vehicle the staff was friendly, apponitments were kept on time and the lounge was clean and always stocked with coffee or tea. The service people and parts department person was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to ALL!!! More

Almost Closed, Excellent Experience. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle, and began looking into the Hyundai Genesis. The new generation model was a better bargain than the last gen I was in the market to purchase a vehicle, and began looking into the Hyundai Genesis. The new generation model was a better bargain than the last generation and the salesman, Rory Jungstead, provided a great experience in allowing me to be comfortable with this vehicle every step of the way. He was super friendly and did not pressure me at all, which was a welcome plus since most dealerships do pressure you. I was very close in purchasing because the dealership and salesman provided an impeccable experience, however, I could not come to terms with pricing and a better deal was given to me elsewhere. I had done some research into various dealers and chose Richmond Hill Hyundai and Brek Bailey (Sales) du Purchased a new 2016 Elantra on December 31. I had done some research into various dealers and chose Richmond Hill Hyundai and Brek Bailey (Sales) due to the excellent reviews I saw on-line. (even though a few other dealerships would have been closer). I was not disappointed! Called Brek to arrange a meeting & test drive - he responded immediately. Went to the dealership and was pleased with the warm welcome and friendly staff. Brek is outstanding as a salesman – very personable, not too pushy, and explained everything in great detail. He made a point of introducing me to the sales manager and service personnel. Negotiations with the finance manager were also straightforward. Brek was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, also from a service perspective as he has experience in Service as well. Overall, very pleased with my new car purchase experience and would definitely recommend Richmond Hill Hyundai dealership. More
