This is totally unacceptable for today's standards as they should be in business to help provide customers with the best possible service. I purchased a used car from this dealership end of Feb, the sales Brek Bailey was awesome, he had great energy and stories to share, I recommend him if you are planning to buy a car. Its unfortunate that the dealership he works at suffers from poor Management and customer relations. I asked Brek numerous times to contact the Used Car Manager (UCM) for a second key for the car (cost is $250 for 2nd key). Brek tried following up but UCM was hard to find and never responded to his own sales staff?!?! During the entire buying process, I met the Sales Manager but never once UCM. I emailed the UCM directly a few days after I picked up the car (still no 2nd key), and still no email response from him, not even with a thanks for buying the car, or follow up with how is the car, etc. Apparently the UCM told Brek that he was going to call the original owner to find out where the second key is. I doubt I will ever hear back from this place, that correspondence was almost 3 weeks ago. I'm surprised they would want to upset a customer for $250 bucks! So buyer beware, if you want good service you may need to look elsewhere. More

Brek Bailey spent a long time We had been to another Hyundai dealership in the GTA but didn't really get our questions answered, so we didn't go back. Brek Bailey spent a long time with us going over the cars, features and different options for payment (cash purchase, financing and leasing). It was our first time buying a car and I had a lot of questions and because they were answered, we were more comfortable purchasing a car. Had he not taken the time to do this and if he had tried to rush through the process, we probably would have gone somewhere else. Jack Dee went through our options for service and financing with us in a way that was practical and not pushy. All around, great service. More

horrible service department stay away Bought a 3.8 Genesis in 2013 and I have had nothing but problems with the servoce department. From not having ny appointments booked to them not ordering the correct part, changing parts on the vehicle and not putting what the car came with then arguing with me ans telling me they cant order the original. Dealing with them is a nightmare. Most recent dilema with them is my catyletic converter blew and they advised me to just drive the vehicle as ot os okay....please bear in mind these are service advisors who clearly are uneducated with vehicles. Long story short vehocle went in December 19 2015 abd today is Friday February 5 2016 and they have advised me that the part will not be in until mid March....unbelievable. and all the while i am car less. Stay clear of this dealership.....or at least visit another service department. I also wanted to mention that the service department has gone through 4 service managers in a 3 year span. I could only speculate why More
