They persuaded us to buy the package of extended warranty of over $3000(for five years). We tried every means to contact this dealer, from the financial advisor to the top leadership but was declined to give any further explanation on why the money cannot be returned. We might understand better if there is a policy to explain why, even if we could accept the fact that whole money cannot be returned. But different people from this dealership said different things which are contradictory, even the leadership said beautiful things but still did nothing. We ever bought two jeeps from this dealership, but we would never go there. People there are more interested in getting money from customers’ pocket, but once there is some dispute and it is possible that they need to refund the customers, the overall management and customer services are bad. They told us not wasting any more time on it, but consider buying new car from them. I would believe they could make more profit from us then. So disappointing! More

They over charged me more than $2000 which screwed up with my loan and I don't get why they don't do their own calculation to see what's the difference so that I get the fair amount what I should be paying for I end up doing my own calculation to see what I should be getting and they are still sounds like they are lazy to fix the problem because it's over $2000 and it isn't small amount of money especially nowadays every dollar counts. I was a staff and took out a new wrangler the sales staff had my vehicle on the lot. I went to get my vehicle back and was told keys weren’t on site and that they had sold my wrangler. DO NOT BUY HERE! Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Scott. Told me there was two sets of keys when there was only one and promised to get me another set but never did. Found out only when I got my first oil change that the car was still under Renfrews name. This was my first time buying from a dealership and they made me not want to do it again. I had to put money down to fold it and they kept asking for more even though it was only held there for ten days until I could pay full amount. Save yourself and your money and don’t buy here. More

Had a car in there multiple times over $3000 in invoices, 4 tow bills within 2000 km, ended up needing an engine and asking for another $7500 to repair from another Dodge dealer.
