Excellent!!!!!! I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Renfrew. The service I received from my salesperson was above and beyond belief. The vehicle was I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Renfrew. The service I received from my salesperson was above and beyond belief. The vehicle was brought to Red Deer where I live so I could look at and test drive it. When a decision was made to purchase the vehicle I called in the morning and was able to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. It was well worth my drive from Red Deer to Calgary to purchase from Renfrew. I will highly recommend to anyone to choose this dealership! More

We stopped by one night just to look around, and Robert spent tons of time with us, explaining different models and options, and going on a couple test drives. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and very informative. When it came time to purchase Robert went the extra mile to make sure he found us exactly what we were looking for, right down to the right colour - he didn't leave a box on our "wish-list" unchecked. His very honest and no pressure approach made the entire experience enjoyable. It was all very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Robert to any looking for a new vehicle. More

Poor experiences never stop My 2014 Ram 1500 pickup truck has a very obvious defect in the paint. Renfrew took photos of the damage and sent them to FCA Canada's warranty departm My 2014 Ram 1500 pickup truck has a very obvious defect in the paint. Renfrew took photos of the damage and sent them to FCA Canada's warranty department for some sort of approval. The claim was "denied" and nobody will take credit for denying the claim. I'm told by Kelly, the service "manager" that the decision is final, and I can't even inquire any further on it. I now have a $70,000 truck with rust on it, that Chrysler won't fix. FCA is blaming the dealership, and the dealership is blaming FCA. Way to stand behind your product. Unbelievable. Will not be returning. And let's not even get into the absolute nightmare of false promises and lies they put me through in the summer when I tried to trade-in my vehicle. Never ever again! More
