Fraud information submitted by Renfrew to obtain truck loan Very high pressure sales to myself and my daughter. Dealership filled in credit info and submitted to TD bank for truck. Approved for loan, but when w Very high pressure sales to myself and my daughter. Dealership filled in credit info and submitted to TD bank for truck. Approved for loan, but when we got the papers for the car we noticed the incorrect info and refused to sign till fixed. Renfrew never asked for proof of income. They stopped communicating with us, wer very upset that we went to bank to correct info and they refused acceptance On the car loan. To this date we are in communication with AMVIC, LAWYERS, MEDIA, and TD bank trying to correct the situation on the FRAUD loan. Shame on you Renfrew staff! More

Dan went out of his way when there were difficulties with the transport company and delivery was a week later than originally planned.(Easter weekend was involved) Also liked the low key upsell of Samer. This dealership keeps hounding me and won't quit ! Carcostcanada gave my personal information to this dealership without my permission. Within 5 mins of running a quote for a new vehicle on CCC, Renf Carcostcanada gave my personal information to this dealership without my permission. Within 5 mins of running a quote for a new vehicle on CCC, Renfrew Chrysler phoned and emailed me. I told them to stop and spoke to their manager who said he'd removed my information. They still keep hounding me to purchase from them, and they just won't stop. I'd buy from any other dealer before a considering a dealer who isn't capable of simple instruction, STOP CALLING PLEASE ! More

No one not the gm not the sales manager calls you back. Had my 2014 charger 2 weeks and I love the car but I would return it instantly if I never had to deal with this bunch again. Most recent was took the charger in for buff and polish and to get some trim prices reinstalled. Get the car back with window pillar hanging off and screws in cup holder. The price on the car was higher than other dealers I found after purchasing but I signed the contract so f you is what I get from them. Beware their tactics and service. More

Terrible experience, would not recommend. I received a referral to see Chris Grebinski at Renfrew from an elderly gentleman I work with. He was excited as he was promised a $500.00 referral b I received a referral to see Chris Grebinski at Renfrew from an elderly gentleman I work with. He was excited as he was promised a $500.00 referral bonus. I went to see Chris, he was very helpful in finding me the vehicle I was after. After discussing the deal and price at the the very end he comes and proceeds to tell me the sales manager needed to "take" this gentleman's referral bonus in order to give me the deal I received!! I was not ok with this and found it very unprofessional. I went home, thought about it and phoned back to cancel the deal. I could not morally accept this way of doing business. When I spoke to Chris he proceeded to tell me he "didn't care" if I bought the vehicle there and then asked me if they gave him $750.00 would I not cancel! Now it became even more cheesy. The gentleman who gave the referral is very upset about this, I cancelled the deal, and none of us will ever go to Renfrew to buy a vehicle. I went to another dealership, told them this story and they were flabbergasted! They were amazing, I got exactly what I was looking for, and they even gave this gentleman who gave me the referral $250.00 just for the embarrassment and unfairness he went through. More
