I was hopeful that my CRV purchase would be my dream car. Although my sales person Rebecca was Top notch , I am disappointed in the car itself. I purchased a Black Edition and it has not kept its black interior. When I brought it in to the Dealership they said it was my fault as I used too much hand sanitizer so I caused the discoloration. Not at all true. Also I continue to have problems with my car in the winter. The battery is totally untrustworthy. If it's not plugged in she won't start in the winter. And again when I brought it in the battery was "fine ". Very disappointed. More

After a battery warning came up on my Odyssey, Ali was very accommodating in getting my vehicle in quickly. I'd purchased the battery over the Parts counter and it was still covered by warranty. Nothing was fixed on this visit. Have to book a full day off of work to bring my car in lossing out on full days wage . I really hate to always complain . Well thats the whole point of me bringing in the car . So 2 thing we're not taking care of . Also the bolts were the rust is were not screwed in all the way.
