After a battery warning came up on my Odyssey, Ali was very accommodating in getting my vehicle in quickly. I'd purchased the battery over the Parts counter and it was still covered by warranty. Nothing was fixed on this visit. Have to book a full day off of work to bring my car in lossing out on full days wage . I really hate to always complain . The panel is still not fixed the rust is still on the car ( we spoke when I picked up the car so that is solved) I thibk the person working on my car chipped the paint and another thing I had to show them where my oil was leaking amd was told to just keep my eye on it . Well thats the whole point of me bringing in the car . So 2 thing we're not taking care of . Also the bolts were the rust is were not screwed in all the way. After drinking home noticed they were loose almost fell out More

Brought car in to get fob issue fixed I’ve gone through 3 batteries in 5 years. I was in and asked them to look at fob as it was doing weird things when I pickup car was told nothing they could do. Then came batteries in 5 years. I was in and asked them to look at fob as it was doing weird things when I pickup car was told nothing they could do. Then came in again and was charged $180 to be told it was the fob that is draining my battery. Frustrating as I asked about this issue in past visit. I left manager Stu 2 messages and never got a call back. That’s poor customer service More
