The experience was smooth, although prices can’t move much on new vehicles, they moved a bit, which was nice. The warranty options were good, and there were different options to meet my needs. Service is always good, but the department front end had a bit of trouble by keeping me and my auto way longer than expected. Not always this way, but Allie's absence was very noticeable. I'm not complaining about the quality / prices of the Honda Service Technicians themselves; but I was greatly disappointed in the Service Desk people themselves. I was originally told that the car woul Honda Service Technicians themselves; but I was greatly disappointed in the Service Desk people themselves. I was originally told that the car would not be ready until 2:00pm or thereabouts. I phoned at 2:30pm and left a message asking for an update. NO CALLBACK !!!!! I phoned again with another message at 4:00pm or thereabouts. Nobody seems to be able to answer the phone there !! FINALLY got a call past 4:30pm stating that the car was ready. Ended up wasting most of the afternoon on this.service call. Very disappointed !!! More
