The gentleman was very polite and honest. He inquired about my Honda Van and performed a market evaluation. He explained to me the reasoning for the $$. I told him I’m original owner and have no reas about my Honda Van and performed a market evaluation. He explained to me the reasoning for the $$. I told him I’m original owner and have no reason to buy a new vehicle at this time and he was very understanding! He was a great listener as well! The best part of the experience was...No pressure which I feel is the number one quality a sales person should have. Present the market evaluation and leave it in the customer hands. I will more inclined to deal with a person who is honest and wants to make sure the customer leaves happy. Great Job!!! More

Right from the first reply to my email to taking our "new to us" Traverse home, NOT ONCE did we feel pressure from our salesperson, Randy, or the Manager, Nolan. Information regarding the vehicle was clearly to us" Traverse home, NOT ONCE did we feel pressure from our salesperson, Randy, or the Manager, Nolan. Information regarding the vehicle was clearly explained with the CarFax report. Couple of things we notice with the vehicle were dealt with prior to taking it home. Considering the times we are trying to navigate through, the dealership clearly has all it's Covid precautions in place and stick to it. And they have a great coffee machine :) More
