I initially phoned to make an appointment for an immediate urgent problem I was having with my car. No one answered so I was forced to leave a message. When my call wasn't returned, I went to the dealership in person. They got my car in immediately and fixed the problem the same day. I had my car home before I finally got a return call for the initial message I had left. The service was terrific but the response to my message was totally unsatisfactory. More
We visited 4 times in the course of purchasing our new CR-V. The first time my husband met Jason and got information about covid protocols; Jason then followed up by email and we scheduled a test drive. T CR-V. The second time we drove the vehicle for over a hour while we explored its features, and the next day we returned to arrange the purchase. Finally, we picked up our car two days later and Jason spent half an hour with us going over its features. We felt he listened very carefully and as a woman who has frequently been ignored by car salesmen I felt he really did hear and respond to my concerns. More
