Not at all true. Also I continue to have problems with my car in the winter. The battery is totally untrustworthy. If it's not plugged in she won't start in the winter. And again when I brought it in the battery was "fine ". Very disappointed. More

After a battery warning came up on my Odyssey, Ali was very accommodating in getting my vehicle in quickly. I'd purchased the battery over the Parts counter and it was still covered by warranty.
