When phoned to see if CRV was ready the 1st time there was no answer, the 2nd time I was forwarded to Service Desk then got disconnected, 3rd time I called someone at the Service desk asked who booked it was no answer, the 2nd time I was forwarded to Service Desk then got disconnected, 3rd time I called someone at the Service desk asked who booked it in and he said he’s transferring me and her voice mail said she was busy and to leave a message then it told me a the mailbox was full? Also still waiting to hear back from Honda Canada from emails going back and forth and the last one I sent on Dec 13 and Still waiting for a reply, do u think I’ll get a reply? More
Very pleasant experience. I dropped my car off in the morning. Shuttle took me home & picked me up whrn my car was ready. I had a broken windshield wiper. Regina Honda is providing very terrible service. Even for warranty bumper to bumper they don't wanna fix the vehicle and give for rent. Second week we are using cab's service and Regina Honda each day is telling us something different, looks like all workers there are pregnant and can't make right diagnostic, and this is one huge reason doesn't give for rent car. I called 10 times to Honda Canada and open case against Regina Honda, looks like they don't care at all. I'm customer Honda over 35 years and bought in my life 7 Honda vehicles, but no anymore will buy from Honda. Just DONE1 More
I took my vehicle in for two safety recalls. One was looked after and was fine, but the one related to sticky steering which I had specifically booked for was not done. I was not advised in advance this would not be looked at but only told when I picked it up that the part may be here in mid January and I would receive a call to book another appointment. This is very concerning as it it a safety issue. Employees were friendly and courteous particularly the shuttle service but the recall work was not done. More
