Never buy from here again After specifically asking whether a block heater came standard in my vehicle and them saying yes and expressing that I have no garage to park my car i After specifically asking whether a block heater came standard in my vehicle and them saying yes and expressing that I have no garage to park my car in, I found out a couple weeks after purchasing that in fact there is no block heater in my car due to recall. No one bothered to tell me this even when specifically asked. When I asked about the recall they said it wasn't that old. In fact the recall came out months previous and still no one told me. After multiple phone calls and a span of a couple weeks where they kept saying they tried to reach me (lies) the manager finally called me back. He had a "fix" for me of installing an oil pan heater and would have the service department call me back. 2 weeks later and still no one has called. These people do not care about you once you leave with their vehicle. They've made the commission and quota and now you are not their problem. They are ignorant and any services etc I need after this oil pan heater issue is fixed will not be going to their location. Nor sure what their problem is. More

Very Satisfied with my service at Red Deer Toyota. During this service my vehicle was tended to promptly. The technician recommended that the engine air filter and the cabin air filter be changed. I also requested that the hand brake be set up a bit. The technician set up the drum brakes which served to improve the hand brake operation. This was done at no extra charge. I appreciated that.
