Took my toyota rav in to have a block heater installed. I was met at the service bay by a nice young woman who took the information needed to begin my service. In about 90 minutes she came back to get me i I was met at the service bay by a nice young woman who took the information needed to begin my service. In about 90 minutes she came back to get me in the waiting area. I signed the completion of the block heater install. The car was also given a complimentary wash. Bonus!! More
