Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with Worst service I’ve had with a dealership. Was pressured and threatened with my purchase. I was lied to multiple times when ordering a vehicle to press Worst service I’ve had with a dealership. Was pressured and threatened with my purchase. I was lied to multiple times when ordering a vehicle to pressure me into it. Ended up with a brand new vehicle that’s falling apart and they won’t fix. Would never recommend them to anyone. More

Once I had decided on the model and options I wanted, I came back to talk to Dave due to his excellent attitude and professionalism. The vehicle with the options I wanted was available at a different dealership, so Dave and Andy McNulty worked with them to ensure I would get it. Lori Conroy, in the Finance Dept, was also a great help in discussing the best financing choices for my vehicle. The entire experience was positive and stress free. I already knew what I wanted, but still got the impression that Dave would gladly show me around other models if needed. Everything was setup and ready by the pick up date. Not too much hassle. Our chosen paint color costed above average, and Dave even agreed to give us the average price. Dave had been courteous and professional. However, do think about warranties before entering the contract. If we had thought about it before hand, could have made the signing much quicker. The negotiations with business manager took over two hours. More
