I have been a loyal customer to Preston for the last 16 years. During that time I have purchased several vehicles and had most of my service work done at this dealership. Customer service has always been very good but I would have to say on my last visit just recently the service provided by the service department was beyond exceptional. I had some significant repairs done in the fall of 2019 and it turns out that one of the parts had a factory defect and had to be replaced. The service department stepped up and replaced the part at no cost to me. Steven was very professional and whenever I contacted him was quick to reply and answer my questions. Preston really does provide certified service. More
