While this is for sure one of the better dealers I have been to. It is not perfect but nothing ever is. Staff seem genuine and friendly, shuttle service drivers are always courteous. After my last service appointment the same problem persisted. I was told the lead tech would reach out to get me back in to rectify the situation. After several follow ups over several months I simply persisted. I was told the lead tech would reach out to get me back in to rectify the situation. After several follow ups over several months I simply made another appointment. The original problem was fixed. However I was asked if I would like an alignment to which I said yes. They kept my vehicle overnight and called at the end of the next business day to say no alignment had been done and I could pick up my vehicle the following day since they were closing. When I went to pick up my vehicle I reviewed the invoice and noticed it stated that the side view mirror had a crack when it came in. When I said I didn’t see a crack I was told they have cameras with which they can review and get back to me. 3 days later I still have not heard back, which I can only guess means the crack was not there when I dropped it off. Overall, very disappointing experience and I don’t think I will be returning to Preston. More

I had my car towed to Preston 12 days before my scheduled appointment because it died in my driveway.
