I had an appointment that was going to take 3 hours my first service on my truck. Two mechanics didn’t show for work so they had my truck for 8 hours I missed a hole day of work because of it. I got no phone calls letting no when it was done. I had to call at 5:00 to find out. I did get my truck back until after 6. This is my first GMC truck I’ve purchased and the maintenance package.
