Ive been to this dealership a couple times before and it's always been fine. A few days ago I called to make an appointment for an oil change, and she mentioned an inspection. I said yes that's great, be it's always been fine. A few days ago I called to make an appointment for an oil change, and she mentioned an inspection. I said yes that's great, because I had a problem a few years ago where my caliper was stuck and I think the same thing is happening again. She said they would check it out. When I brought my car in, I was told that everything is fine. I said it's not though. At the very least, they should've caught the fact that one of my headlights is out, but no one even mentioned that. I asked about the brakes and after speaking with the mechanic, the guy told me that my brakes are at about half but replacing them will probably fix the issue and was given a quote. Ummm. I'm not going to waste 800 dollars on a maybe. Especially since I just wasted 150 on an "inspection." More

Car spent the whole day there for a n oil change and was not done. I have almost $40 in transportation to and from dealer. No apology from dealer staff “ you keys are in it” is what I got.
