The literal worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I bought my first vehicle from them $82,000 paid cash (sales rep was great). The remainder of the experience was a disaster which lead to a pocket full of lies, delayed delivery, being treated like xxxx from the finance manager due to not wanted extender coverage - she then called my insurance company and told them she represented me and to cancel my insurance causing us to not have a vehicle for 10 days finally after that I re stated the insurance on my old vehicle which cost me a fee. One year later because I liked the first part of my experience with the sales rep I went back to him assuming all the issues the first time were from the manager. Leased a truck ($18,000) and again a Landry list of problems - mainly: they told me I could have the truck immediately but I would just have to bring it back for 2 hours to fix a scratch so I wouldn’t be dinged for it upon return, no problem I’ll bring my laptop and get some work done. They ended up keeping it for a week then which I was out of town so I couldn’t pick it up for two weeks, the loaner vehicle they gave me had a foul smell of cigarettes and had enough gas to get me less than 5km as I was on my way to work and already rushed. this entire time they kept the truck from me they were charging me for the lease and would not reimburse me or make up for anything that had happen. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN. Your loss, I spend 100k on vehicles for the first and last time. More

I was pleased with the work.
