Precision Honda

Have been dealing with Ready Honda for many years. The first time I tried to use my Honda Plus extended warranty for a power window that was stuck open, they refused to cover it under warranty. Honda stood by their dealer and said the repair was NOT covered and that I should read my contract. Well I read it cover-to-cover and nowhere does it say that a stuck window is not covered. The motor and the window channel needed lubrication and worked again. It cost over $200 for a few drops of oil. In addition, they damaged the inside door and the outside trim. This required an additional visit to repair and they then accused my son of tampering with the window to cause the damage. Although they finally gave me a partial credit, I doubt i will ever use it. This is not the first instance of shoddy work at this dealership. P.S. Honda Canada is equally guilty for nit-picking the cause of the failure. Faulty lubrication is the same to a customer as a faulty part! And don't bother calling them unless you like to wait on hold for 45 minutes. More
