Vehicle purchased had been in an accident and I was not notified that it had been until after the sale was complete and all papers were signed. I had asked Curtis Emes the salesmen if it had ever been rep notified that it had been until after the sale was complete and all papers were signed. I had asked Curtis Emes the salesmen if it had ever been repainted as there was some paint peeling. His answer was no. And he mentioned nothing of a previous accident. I've requested Ponoka Chrysler do a paint match and make me a small container of paint for touch ups. That was back on the 1st of February. I'm still waiting for a call from Mark Sieben that he has gotten me that paint and color match. Looking forward to your call Mark. As far as damages to the vehicle before my purchase, I was assured that there was only $5000 damages to the vehicle and that was minor in a body shop. Still it would have been nice to have been informed of all damages and history before the purchase. And Ponoka Chrysler was familiar with the vehicles history as they had done all repair and maintenance work. Wished they could have been upfront with me from the start. More

They together got me exactly what i wanted, at the price i wanted and gave me a great trade in for my van. There was no xx with these guys. I was honest with them about what I expected and that i was looking around, they were honest with me. They did everything they could to make the deal happen, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would go there for all my future vehicles as well. I like walking into a dealership and not be taken advantage of like others do when they see a single woman come in. I do not enjoy dealing with sales people, but Curtis isn't your typical sales person. I was referred to Ponoka Chrysler JEEP by my work as they buy all of their trucks there. And I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a new/used vehicle to them too. This is a great cycle to get in on! Curtis was not pushy, he let me look around but when I had a question, he would come up and answer it (and then leave me alone to carry on looking). I never felt pressured in any way, he even encouraged me to take some time to think about it and to look at other dealerships to confirm the price I was given was fair. When I decided on my favorite, he took me step by step through EVERY feature it had. He even synched my phone for me before I drove off the lot. I am a young woman and was worried that I should bring my husband or dad with me to negotiate a fair price, but I was given this from the start. I can't say enough good things about this place. I made the drive to Ponoka from Red Deer, and I will again if I ever need an upgrade - but I doubt that will happen because I LOVE MY JEEP! More
