It was so fair, I didn't even need to dicker! The rest of the staff was great too (Karri Byckal BUSINESS MANAGER) - again, very down to earth and straight-shooting. Drove over 5 hours to deal with these people, and would do it again in a heartbeat (not for a long time tho, cuz I DID get the perfect Jeep Cherokee!!). Thanks Everett Robson! More

Consistently disappointed!! Where do I begin?? My requests are not met time and time again....and simple requests like "can you please bag my tires"....never done!! They have for Where do I begin?? Service counter gal is making diagnoses that only a mechanic should be doing. This resulted in a wrong diagnosis and $300 bill...which I refused to pay due to it being an error on their part. Never do they hang a re-torque reminder in my vehicle. They have knocked off both of my under the dash light covers and just left them sitting in the console...did not fix and now they don't stay. Have now boycotted them!! More
