Also really appreciated the fact that they understand that buying a vehicle is not a one visit deal a relationship needs to be established between customer and dealership. Purchase 2017 RAM Longhorn This was the second Ram I've purchased at this dealership. I was not pressured in any way to make the deal. Mark did not sell me the vehicle but rather helped me purchase it. The wheeling and dealing was quick and easy. Between Jae & Mark, they made an offer that was difficult to refuse. Would I return to this dealership - yes I would. There was a decent selection of vehicles on the lot so had lots to look at. What began as just a 'kicking tires' exercise ended up with a purchase. John the Service Mgr was helpful and Shantel patiently walked me through the financial part. Now to enjoy my new Ram. More
