In fact, I was very pleased with our experience at Platinum. On our first visit I simply told the salesman that we would respect his time and asked for reciprocity - the same way we began our journey at a dozen dealerships previously (but only received at two or three). Ryan emphatically said that was the culture at Platinum. We had heard that several times previously. Well Ryan, Chris and Shawn walked the talk - we heard words like respect, family, fun and best deal. I can say their actions (which we all know speak louder than words) actually made my daughter smile, laugh and be able to enjoy what SHOULD BE an enjoyable experience. From watching my daughter cry and want to stay in her old vehicle to the joy in her voice when she called me and said she now "owns a new Mitsubishi" brought me happiness - just as a dad wants. I sincerely hope that the vehicle, the service and our relationship with Platinum and Mitsubishi is as rewarding and respectful as our BUYING experience was.
