Purchased a previous vehicle from Platinum in 2020 (Corvette Z06/Z07) and pleased with the experience. Based on the aforementioned experience I returned in early 2022 to inquire about a Range Rover (Corvette Z06/Z07) and pleased with the experience. Based on the aforementioned experience I returned in early 2022 to inquire about a Range Rover ($83K) and view the advertised vehicle….wow - what a disappointment!! The vehicle was completely filthy (not detailed) on the inside and outside…so dirty that I would not sit inside the interior….a total disgrace. I brought the situation (dirty vehicle) to the attention of the dealer ownership whom were not interested in rectifying the situation….Lip service at best (no real apology for my time and poor experience). Note….I recently purchased a pre owned Range Rover from an alternative dealership and will not be doing business with Platinum in the future. More
