One of the worse unprofessional experience you can start 20 19 with!!!! Advice,keep away from sales person name ,Kheneil Black,who have no respect for what's called appointment inadvance, due to holidays sea 19 with!!!! Wow.... with even no heads up or a single way of communication letting us know the car had been sold before we show up?? What a waste of time,no respect at all,that could be expected from a one man show auto sales dealer not a Toyota authorized dealer,if possible I would rate the sales person less then one star for sure as well as the dealership who give him this opportunity!!!!
