The lady that took my car details must have been a athlete computer record holding typeset. She knew exactly what I needed and recorded everything in milliseconds. I have never seen anyone fill out forms so fast in my life. I was in and out in minutes and escorted home by the most energetic shuttle driver whom was extremely fun and entertaining all the way home. When he came back to pick me up he was super fast and was able to navigate around a accident and get me back to the dealership in what seemed like record time. He was so nice I didn't want to get out of the van I wanted to stay and chat with him some more. Whomever detailed my car did a maticulious job and it looked bran new. I love this place and am a proud Honda owner. Thank you for a really easy and nice day people.🤗 More

Great service from Robin! I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV from George and it was due for its' first service. The service rep Robin asked if I wanted the car washed after the servi I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV from George and it was due for its' first service. The service rep Robin asked if I wanted the car washed after the service. As part of the routine paperwork, they had me sign that after washing, some dents and/or damage could show. I said that I knew there wasn't any damage and initialled. Within minutes, Robin called us (my husband came with me) to come out as the front fender had slipped out of place-may have been hit. The mechanic was there and said that he thought that he'd be able to slip it back into place. I did not get his name or I'd be complimenting him too. A very short time later we were told the car was ready-oil changed and fender back in place. I hadn't even had time to finish the complimentary coffee. A very pleasant experience! More

Over and above Went in for maintenance thinking I only needed an A1 service, and realized I needed the B1 service as well which is brake maintenance. Was very worri Went in for maintenance thinking I only needed an A1 service, and realized I needed the B1 service as well which is brake maintenance. Was very worried that I if I did not do the service, I could cause problems down the road needing more serious service in the future but there was no time to do the service that day. I asked the service man if they could check the brakes but I was only getting the oil service so the car wasn't hoisted up and plus I would have to pay an additional cost. I was clearly upset with myself for not paying attention to the maintenance service that came up on my car. When my car was finished the service person came up to me and said he had the brakes checked and my brakes were fine. He knew I was so nervous about them that he took it upon himself to check them. I couldn't thank him enough as I was so worried as I drive a fair bit and would be starting to drive to Collingwood on weekends for skiing. I had already scheduled an appointment for the next week to finish the service but the service man eased my mind and I couldn't be more grateful for his over and above help to ease my mind and I will always trust this dealership to take care of me and make me feel comfortable with any work. Thank you Pickering Honda, I am your customer for life. And just as an FYI, I live in Toronto now so I have to make the time to come here and then stay at my boyfriends until the work is done........
