I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV from George and it was due for its' first service. The service rep Robin asked if I wanted the car washed after the service. As part of the routine paperwork, they had me sign that after washing, some dents and/or damage could show. I said that I knew there wasn't any damage and initialled. Within minutes, Robin called us (my husband came with me) to come out as the front fender had slipped out of place-may have been hit. The mechanic was there and said that he thought that he'd be able to slip it back into place. I did not get his name or I'd be complimenting him too. A very short time later we were told the car was ready-oil changed and fender back in place. I hadn't even had time to finish the complimentary coffee. A very pleasant experience!
