Pickering Honda

Have been there twice to get a my Driver Side mirror fixed and they don't seem to want to fix this. Service Rep says the Technician who tried to fix it the first time was off on the day. If that's the case why would they waste my time and book a service appointment in the first place?? They refused to take a look at the reverse camera because i hadn't booked a service for that specially and said I would need to come back. Ironically when i went for an oil change they offered to do a brake service too only because ot would be an additional paid service. They don't seem to want to do anything that's covered under warranty!!! Stay away from this dealership!!! More

Got ripped off Payed for a service on my Truck that was never performed. Still wondering how did they screw up. A few hours of driving around the A1 minder service light was back on and still showing 15 % of the oil life. Was totally surprised to see that it was the same old dark oil..... took a few pictures and headed back to the dealer..... at first, heard all the denials, they said only the minder reset was missed. Liars! But things changes when I asked for proof and if they wanted to see pictures of the dirty oil. That’s when the service Manager acted, he had the truck taken in to change the oil & filter and reset the service minder. To assure myself, I then took a picture of the new oil and sent an email along with the other pictures for their reference..... yet to receive a response. I‘ve totally lost all trust in this dealership. More

SCAM - Unfulfilled promise I traded in a mercedes benz for a Lexus GX. I was told that the TPMS would be fixed prior to pick up. Upon delivery of my vehicle the TPMS was not fix I traded in a mercedes benz for a Lexus GX. I was told that the TPMS would be fixed prior to pick up. Upon delivery of my vehicle the TPMS was not fixed. I was told by Justin that this would be fixed at Brimell Toyota free of charge, a date and time would be set up. Fast forward 2 weeks of following up I get a call from Luca. He mentioned that the TPMS would not be fixed unless a matching tire was provided for my trade in vehicle. He already saw this tire and was aware of the mismatch when I came in to pick up the Lexus. If the tire wasn't suitable they should have mentioned that it is REQUIRED. At the end of the day the trade in vehicle was accepted by Luca and the promise of fixing the TPMS was not fulfilled. The customer service experience provided by Justin was incredible, he helped me to the best of his ability and responded to me promptly. From my expereince, this dealership fits into the sterotype of a used car dealership which is very unfortunate. At the end of the day this isn't an expensive repair, i just hope no one gets treated the same way when purchasing a vehicle with their hard earned money. More

Since my purchase it's been nothing but uncertainty with this dealership. However, Service manager Aatif and sales associate Maria Williams have been my supportive rock. These two individuals will do almost anything to achieve the absolute best experience you'll ever have at a car dealership. I absolutely recommend this Honda dealership, just for the staff that works there. When you think customer service, you will not be disappointed when you have these two working for you. Maria Is very attentive, she steps it up and consistently provide excellent customer service. More
